Registration fee:
There is no registration fee for the participants, and bus transportation, as well as meals, are provided free of cost. The cost of accommodation is not included.

Sommarøy Arctic Hotel is located 60 km west of Tromsø, approx. an hour’s drive from Tromsø. For driving directions, please click here.
Accommodation:
Please note that accommodation costs are covered by the participants, and should be paid directly to the hotel upon check-in.
The accommodation provided is a mix of hotel rooms and apartment/cabins. All rooms have private bathrooms. Breakfast is included.
We have reserved hotel rooms for participants until 28 September, and bookings are done via the conference registration page. Participants registerring after 28 September are not guaranteed accommodation.
There will not be sent a separate confirmation from Sommarøy Arctic Hotel, as our booking is handled as a group reservation.
Cancellations:
Last cancellation date: 28 September 2017. Cancellations after this date will be charged for the cost of accommodation.
