Congratulations Dr Eduard Khachatrian!

Today, Eduard Khatchatrian presented a trial lecture «SAR remote sensing – from image formation to applications» and then went on to successfully defend his PhD Thesis with a title: Multimodal Integrated Remote Sensing for Arctic Sea Ice Monitoring
