Former Jubilee Professor revisiting Chalmers

Wolfgang Dierking from Alfred Wegener Institute in Bremerhaven, and CIRFA Adjunct Professor at UiT the Arctic University of Norway has previously worked at Chalmers both as postdoc and as Chalmers Jubilee Professor and is now revisiting Earth and Space Sciences during three weeks. This time he is there as participant in the ESA-project ”Information content of multi-spectral SAR data”. The Radar Remote Sensing research group at Chalmers participates in two work packages; one about biomass and one about sea ice. Wolfgang participates with his expertise on remote sensing of polar regions in the workpackage on sea ice.
